1) Legal Weapons

1. Store bought water gun (cannot resemble a real weapon)

2. Water balloons a)The water must hit the  person above the knees and is discernable

3. Homemade water guns, if cleared by me first

4. No fireworks

2) Acceptable Safety Clothing: A target may be shot and removed from the game in any clothing, except for what follows, at which point the target is deemed “immune” as they remain in this attire

1. Men's underwear

2. Women's underwear- all bras, underwear bottoms, and spandex that doesn't go past the knee

3. Prom Attire (dress&tux)

4. NOTE: Bathing suits and towels do not count as immunity clothing. You cannot force someone to put on a towel, they must do it willingly such as leaving a pool or a shower.

3)Out of Bounds Areas: Assassins will not commence during these hours and locations.

1.  On school days, the game will deactivate at 7:00 AM, and become active again at 4:00 PM.

2. NO SHOOTING ALLOWED ON THE REAGAN CAMPUS

3. Any school related activities off campus such as, club meetings, practices, volunteering, etc during the event you are inactive and can't be shot. You are active once leaving the event. You do however, get 5 minutes to get to your vehicle after the event. Regarding non school athletics(club sports)and volunteer work you are given the same rules.once leaving the event you have 5 minutes to get to your car before you can be shot.

4. Athletes: following the completion of Reagan athletics practices, athletes are inactive until they leave campus (if they are @ Reagan) following practice, at which point they will become active.

5. Reagan Athletes are inactive on competition days from 7:00 AM, to the time they get home and enter their house after a competition, at which point they are reactivated. If for some reason they do not return straight home on game day they are active after the completion of the competition, but are given 5 minutes to get to their cars(only if the competition is off campus of course, no shooting on campus whatsoever). The same conditions apply to people in the band.

6. You cannot be shot at anytime on the day of prom.

7. You cannot be shot at graduation, if the game is still going. If the game isn't over by then I will decide the stopping date. The winner(s) at that time will be based on how many students are active when ended.

8. Senior assassins is not active at any place of religious worship this includes churches, mosques, etc. This includes no shooting in parking lots as well.

9. No shooting at weddings or funerals

10. You cannot shoot someone in their own home unless invited in by a current resident. NO TRESPASSING. If told to leave by owner before kill becomes valid the assassin must leave immediately!!

• If the police become involved for any reason resulting from illicit activities, you will be immediately removed from the game.

• Garages and open areas of a house are fair game. If you choose to, however, explicitly break the law such as breaking and entering or persistent trespassing/harassment on private property, this will not count and could be subject to expulsion.

1. Work- Cannot be shot while working on the clock at a place of legal employment. You can however, be shot anytime after exiting the building after your shift. 

4)Safety

1. If a target has on the appropriate attire as described in the clothing section they are immune to possible kills.

2. If a target hits their assassin before or perfectly simultaneously as the assassin attempts a kill, the target is immune from that assassin for the rest of the day.

3. An open target may be targeted by other assassins if they succeed in immunizing themselves for the rest of the day from the other assassin.

4. ​Honor code applies here, and should be reasonably settled between the two parties and verified by an unbiased witness

Status:

1. Active- Can target your assigned target and any open target.

2. Open- Have not participated in the game or killed a target within X amount of days, thus can be targeted by any active player.

   1. X- Value will be determined as the game progresses.

3. Inactive- Cannot participate in senior assassins if in compliance with the rules of immunity and inactivity listed above

4. Out- You are done. Can passively assist active friends and act as a witness. Cannot interfere with the game otherwise.

5. You have to kill your assigned target to advance to the next phase. The time between  phases will be decided by me.

     Do not make copies of this document, if you need another you can ask me. If asked by an administrator or a narc teacher on the premises of the game I ask that you say you do not know anything about it and don’t mention my name. We will try to keep this as unaffiliated as possible with school, in order to continue the game uninterrupted.

As always honor code applies. If you have any questions you can field them to me, but otherwise I hope the game runs itself and I will have to interfere very little. The game will go as long as it takes. Though, if lasting longer than graduation I will set an ending date . The grand prize will be to the first place finisher(s). A consolation prize will be given to whoever has the most kills by the end of the game. I ask that you share your target as little as possible in order to keep the game exciting, most important of all, let’s have fun and let the games begin!
