These Clarifications will be added during the course of the game, if asked by numerous participants.

• ​a) "Open" rule clarification- You will have x amount of time to kill your target. At this point if you do not kill them or another Open target, You will become Open. at this point any active or open assassin can kill you. Once you have killed someone, you become an active player again and your time to Open RESETS, to the x-value (Ex. if x value is 8 days, and you kill someone after 3, you have 8 more days until "Open", not 5).  Must kill at least your beginning target to advance to phase 2. This will be assessed and advancement will be announced after my evaluation of the current situation. 

• b) If I live on a private drive with lots of land and no trespassing signs am I safe from my assassin? Technically, yes because of ," If you choose to, however, explicitly break the law such as breaking and entering or persistent trespassing/harassment on private property, this will not count and could be subject to expulsion". This states you cannot go on areas that specifically states no trespassing, unless having permission. If you gain permission from a resident of that estate to enter the property you can shoot them in an open area, such as a garage. Even if no signs are posted , if you are told to leave  by a resident and you don't you are immediately kicked out of the game. 

• Can I wear shoes and or socks with my immunity clothing and still be safe? Yes

• Can I hide in the bushes of my targets house? Yes, but like stated above if you persistently trespass/harass someone the kill doesn't become void. Please read rule #10: Garages and open areas(driveways) of a house are fair game. If you choose to, however, explicitly break the law such as breaking and entering or persistent trespassing/harassment on private property, this will not count and could be subject to expulsion. If told to leave by owner before kill becomes valid the assassin must leave immediately!!

• So, If I'm in my immunity clothing and my target gets me before  get them do they still have the 24 hour rule? v 

• If a target hits their assassin before or perfectly simultaneously as the assassin attempts a kill, the target is immune from that assassin for the rest of the day. However, if the assassin is shot in their immunity clothing by their own target first then the target doesn't get the rest of the day to be immune. But must leave then and can come back later that day. An open target may be targeted by other assassins if they succeed in immunizing themselves for the rest of the day from the other assassin.
